With two years of prior experience as an electrical contractor in Lubbock, Logan is a seasoned pro. He holds certifications as a Journeyman Electrician, Plumbing Apprentice, and HVAC Apprentice. Beyond work, Logan is dedicated to his community, often helping out with local FFA and 4-H projects and activities.

With prior experience in buried fiber optic lines for AT&T and even a stint as a rancher, Braden brings a hardworking, hands-on approach to everything he does.

Lyndsey Cottongame Wilson joined Star Mechanical in 2022 to support the growth of the family business, bringing a strong background in education, organization, and leadership. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and is certified to teach 4th-12th grade mathematics. Additionally, she is R.I.D.E. Certified as a DSA Residential Interior Designer.

Before transitioning to Star Mechanical, Lyndsey spent five years as a math teacher and girls’ sports coach, where she honed her problem-solving skills and passion for teamwork. As Master of Schedules & Sanity, Lyndsey keeps everything running smoothly, juggling schedules, logistics, and the occasional office crisis with a sense of humor and a steady hand. Whether coordinating the team or keeping the office in order, she plays a vital role in supporting Star Mechanical’s long-term growth.

Lexie Cottongame became part of the Star Mechanical family in 2023 after marrying Bohner Cottongame and beginning to start her family, but it didn’t take long for her to make her own mark on the team! Before trading skincare for star service, Lexie was a licensed aesthetician at Skin Essentials in Graham, where she helped clients look and feel their best. Now, she brings that same passion for helping people into her role at Star Mechanical.

Lexie’s personality is like a ray of sunshine—her kind eyes and big smile bring warmth and positivity to the office every day. She loves that her job lets her tap into her creative side, whether it’s designing marketing materials, organizing the office with style, or adding a personal touch to customer interactions. Plus, as a former college softball player, Lexie knows a thing or two about teamwork and hitting it out of the park!

In 2024, Jacqueline Butler joined Star Mechanical after word got out that she was making a career change—an opportunity the team didn’t want to pass up. With a background spanning customer service, banking, and healthcare, she brings a unique blend of experience, organization, and care to the office.

Known as the “Designated Shop Mom,” Jacqueline helps keep things running smoothly while fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Mornings start with coffee and conversation with the team, setting the tone for a productive and supportive work environment.

Her professional journey includes roles as a pharmacy technician, bartender, waitress, and bank teller specializing in new accounts. She holds a high school diploma and a CNA certification, further highlighting her well-rounded skill set.

Outside of work, Jacqueline is actively involved in the Woodson community, dedicating her time to supporting local kids. While she may not be as involved in Graham, her impact on those around her—both at Star Mechanical and in Woodson—is undeniable.

John Mahan joined Star Mechanical in 2020, bringing with him a strong background in emergency services and a commitment to helping others. As a licensed law enforcement officer, he understands the importance of quick thinking, clear communication, and problem-solving—skills that serve him well in his role as a dispatcher.
